13-year-old sings ‘I’ll Stand By You’ in touching performance on AGT

Sometimes some performances just hit all the right heartstrings. 13-year-old Angelina Green gave her all in an emotional audition on ‘America’s Got Talent’ singing “I’ll Stand by You.”

After introducing herself to the four AGT judges, Green admitted that she discovered her talent for singing when she relied on music to help her through her parents’ difficult divorce.

Green had come to the contest with her mom, her biggest supporter and her best friend. Calming her nerves as the music starts, Green opens her mouth to sing.

Her incredible voice brings so much emotion and heart to the song that several audience members can be seen wiping away tears. Green pours her entire soul into her performance.

When she finishes, the crowd and the judges are on their feet cheering so loudly it makes her cry. All the judges agree that she has an incredible talent and is going places.

Simon even admitted that when she sang, his goosebumps had goosebumps. Heidi didn’t need to use words to give her impression of Green’s performance. Instead, she hit the golden buzzer.

Green embraced her mother as the golden confetti rained down on them. They will always cherish this special moment. We can’t wait to see what awesome things life has in store for her!
